Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Make outbound calls to potential customers from given databases, referrals, or cold calling.
Collect and update customer information in the CRM system.
Identify potential buyers and qualify leads based on interest and budget.

2. Product Promotion & Pitching

Explain the features, benefits, and USP of the product in a persuasive way.
Customize the pitch according to customer needs and buying behavior.
Answer customer questions and handle objections confidently.

3. Sales Conversion

Convince prospects to purchase the product or book an appointment/demonstration.
Follow up with interested customers to close the deal.
Upsell or cross-sell related products wherever possible.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with existing customers for repeat sales.
Build rapport and trust with customers to ensure long-term relationships.
Handle complaints or escalate issues to higher authorities if needed.

5. Target Achievement

Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Report sales progress and challenges to the team leader or manager.
Contribute to team performance and overall business goals.

6. Administrative & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Prepare daily/weekly call reports and sales updates.
Provide customer feedback to improve product/service offerings.
