Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive/Presales Executive to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, handling inquiries, providing project details, and nurturing leads to support the sales team in achieving conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities 
· Hiring Channel partners and Sales Managers 
· Lead Generation and Qualify the Leads 
· Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins from prospective buyers 
· Provide accurate and engaging information about real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and locations 
· Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options 
· Maintain and update leads in CRM systems · Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups 
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through regular follow-ups 
· Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
