The B.Sc. nursing course is of 4 years duration, which includes classroom studies, clinical training, and a 6-month compulsory internship in the final year.
The candidates should have passed 10+2 with PCB and English, securing at least 45%–50% aggregate marks (as per the norms of INC and the university).
At central and top-tier institutes, such as AIIMS and government colleges, NEET is required for admission. But many state universities and private colleges have their own entrance exams, or may compensate for that by admitting students purely based on merit.
Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Nutrition, Medical Surgical Nursing, CHN Nursing, MHN, Midwifery, Community Health Nursing, and Nursing Research.
Theory and practicals are the subjects of examination, and exams are conducted by the university on an annual basis.
