CAT Registration 2025

CAT 2025 registration was closed on September 20, 2025, at 5 pm. IIM Kozhikode will conduct the CAT exam on November 30, 2025. The IIM CAT exam authority released the CAT admit card 2025 on November 12, 2025. Registered candidates can download the CAT 2025 admit card from the IIM CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in. CAT registration 2025 is a 3-step process. The CAT exam registration 2025 process involves registration, filling in personal and academic details, selecting CAT test cities, and payment of CAT fees 2025. Follow the step-by-step instructions to fill out the CAT exam form 2025.

Step 1: Register for CAT 2025 

• Visit the IIM CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in.
• Click on the “Register” tab under New Candidate Registration.
• Enter the name, mobile number, email address and nationality of the applicant.
• Click on the “Generate OTP” tab.
• Enter the otp received via your registered mobile number to verify your profile. 

Step 2: Fill out CAT Application Form 2025

After verifying the profile, candidates can use their login credentials, CAT userID, and password to complete the CAT exam form. The five sections to be completed in the CAT form 2025 are personal information, academic details, work experience, preferred IIM for MBA admission, 5 preferred CAT exam cities. Upload the required documents, such as a passport-size photograph, a scanned image of your signature, SC/ST/PwD certificate (if applicable) to get consideration under the reservation policy of the IIMs. 

Step 3: Complete the Payment of CAT Exam Fees

Applicants can use the credit/debit card to pay the CAT registration fees 2025. 

The following points should be taken into consideration when completing the CAT 2025 exam form.

• Applicants are required to use Edge Chromium, Mozilla Firefox (version 56 and above), or Google Chrome (version 59 and above) to register for the CAT exam.
• Do not fill out the CAT application form on a phone. Instead,  use a desktop or laptop to complete the CAT exam application.
• Save a copy of the CAT exam fee payment receipt and the application form for future reference.
• Cross-check all the information filled in the form is correct before the final submission of the CAT exam form 2025. 
• Note down your CAT login credentials to use them to download the CAT admit card 2025 and to check out the CAT exam results. 

Applicants have to fill out the CAT exam form 2025 by entering their personal and academic details. Candidates must be prepared with the following set of documents when completing the CAT application.

• Class 10 and 12 marksheet
• Graduation certificate
• Birth certificate
• Aadhar card
• Address proof
• Caste certificate  (if applicable)
• PwD certificate  (if applicable)
• Work experience (if applicable)

To successfully submit the CAT form, applicants must pay the non-refundable CAT registration fee. Candidates from the reserved category must submit a caste certificate/PwD certificate while registering to be eligible for the CAT exam fee concession.
