CAT result 2025 was released on December 24, 2025, at 6 pm. Candidates who appeared for the CAT 2025 can check their CAT scorecard on  the IIMCAT result official website, iimcat.ac.in. How to Check CAT Results 2025?

IIM Kozhikode announced the CAT results 2025 online. Follow the step-by-step instructions to get the CAT scorecard 2025 on your phone/desktop.

Step 1: Visit the IIM CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on “CAT 2025 Score Card Login” tab to view the results.

Step 3: Click the register button, then enter the user ID, password, and CAPTCHA to view the CAT scorecard 2025.

Step 4: The CAT scorecard 2025 will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the CAT results 2025 pdf for future reference.

Step 1: Check if you meet CAT cutoff 2026

Compare your overall and sectional percentile with the cutoff marks released by IIMs and other institutes for the 2026–28 batch. Make a list of colleges where your percentile is equal to or higher than the expected cutoff.

Step 2: Look for calls and shortlists

IIMs and other MBA colleges in India send interview calls to shortlisted candidates via email, SMS, or post. Some IIMs also publish shortlist PDF on their official websites along with important dates.

Step 3: Confirm participation in further rounds

After receiving the interview invite, follow the instructions to confirm participation in the next round within the given timeline. Fill in any additional forms or preference forms asked by the institute carefully and submit them online.

Step 4: Prepare for WAT (Written Ability Test)

Practise writing clear, structured essays on current affairs, business, social issues, and abstract topics. 

Step 5: Prepare for GD (Group Discussion)

Read newspapers, magazines, and analysis articles to stay updated on national and international issues. Practise GDs in small groups, focusing on entering the discussion politely, giving data-backed points, listening, and allowing others to speak.

Step 6: Prepare for PI (Personal Interview)

Revise basics of your graduation subjects, major projects, and internships. Prepare answers for questions on “Tell me about yourself”, career goals, strengths/weaknesses, and reasons for doing an MBA and choosing specific institutes.

Step 7: Build a strong overall profile

Keep documents ready: Class 10, 12, and graduation mark sheets, degree certificate, work experience letters, and ID proofs. Highlight work experience, internships, certifications, positions of responsibility, and achievements in your forms and interviews.

Step 8: Know how final selection is made

Final MBA admission offers are based on a composite score that includes:

• Academic scores in Class 10, 12, and graduation
• Professional experience
• Performance in WAT/GD/PI
• Academic and gender diversity factors set by each IIM

Step 9: Compare offers and complete MBA admission

Once final results are declared, compare B-schools on placements, fees, location, specialisations, alumni network, and ROI. Accept the admission by paying the MBA admission fee within the deadline, and complete all document verification.
