CUET PG 2026 Exam Dates Announced

The National Testing Agency released the CUET PG admit card for candidates appearing for the exam from March 16 to 19, 2026. Registered candidates can visit the CUET PG official website, exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg, to get details about the CUET PG exam centre and address. Applicants can expect the CUET PG admit card 2026 pdf 10 days before the respective CUET PG exam paper date. Additionally, NTA released the CUET PG advance city intimation slip of the exams to be held from March 16 to 27, 2026, at the NTA CUET official website. NTA released the subject-wise schedule of the CUET PG exam 2026 on February 14, 2026.  CUET PG exam 2026 runs from March 6, 2026, to March 27, 2026. 

The CUET PG exam is a national-level exam conducted by the National Testing Agency to offer admission to postgraduate courses at public/private universities in India. CUET PG exam dates 2026 were released by the National Testing Agency on February 14, 2026, for all 157 subjects. CUET PG 2026 will be conducted on March 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 27, 2026 across 44 shifts. The CUET PG is a 90-minute duration computer-based test in 2 to 3 shifts daily. NTA will release CUET exam centre details 10 days before the CUET PG exam date. The CUET PG question paper is available in English and Hindi, except for 41 language papers and M.Tech/higher science subjects.

Who is eligible to apply for the CUET exam 2026? The candidate who has passed a bachelor’s degree or is in the final year of graduation can register for the CUET PG 2026 exam. There is no upper age limit to register for the CUET exam. 

CUET PG 2026: Steps to Register

Follow the instructions to register for CUET PG 2026 and pay the CUET exam fees. The entire registration process involves three main steps: Registration, Form Filling, and Fee Payment.

Step 1: Online Registration

1. Visit the NTA CUET (PG) website /exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/ or www.nta.ac.in.
2. New Registration: Click on the link for "New Candidate Registration" or "CUET PG 2026 Registration."
3. Read the Instructions: Carefully read the instructions and the Information Bulletin. Tick the consent box and proceed.
4. Fill Basic Details: Provide your personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.) and contact information (Mobile Number and Email Address).
5. Create Password & Security Question: Set a password and choose a security question/answer for future access.
6. Receive Application Number: After submission, an Application Number will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number and email. Note this down for all future logins.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Login: Log in to the portal using your new Application Number and the Password you created.
2. Fill Personal & Academic Details: Complete the detailed application form, including:
   • Personal details (Category, PwD status, etc.).
   • Academic details (Class 10, 12, and Bachelor's degree information).
3. Choose Exam Cities: Select your preferred cities for the examination center. The choice is often limited to the State/UT of your Permanent and Present Address.
4. Select Course/University: Choose the specific postgraduate programs and participating Universities you wish to apply for. You may select a limited number of test papers (e.g., up to four).
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned images of the required documents, ensuring they meet the specified file size and format (usually JPEG/JPG):
   • Candidate's recent Photograph: 
   • Candidate's Signature.
   • PwD Certificate (if applicable).

Step 3: Pay the CUET PG registration fees

Based on your category and the number of test papers you have selected. Pay the required CUET application fee using the integrated payment gateway (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

Step 4: Download Confirmation Page: After successful payment, the Confirmation Page will be generated.
