CUET UG Registration 2026 (Reopened): Check Important Dates

In response to requests received, NTA has reopened the CUET UG 2026 registration and application fee from 23rd February to 26th February 2026, up to 11:50 pm. No correction facility will be provided after submission of the application form, as this is a special extended period. Students can select up to 5 subjects in the online CUET UG application form, aligned with their Class 10+2 subjects. If anything is missed while applying, candidates can make the correction from February 9-11 during the opening of the     
CUET UG correction window 2026 by NTA. The CUET 2026 exam will be conducted from May 11th to May 31st 2026, for B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BA, BBA LLB, B.Com, B.Voc, and other professional UG courses. Start your preparation accordingly.

Step 1: Online registration

• Visit the CUET’s official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.
• Register for the CUET UG 2026 by entering your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
• Create a password and note down the application number for future reference.

Step 2: Enter and fill personal details

• After logging in, enter the parent's name, gender, nationality, valid ID details, and contact & address details.
• Ensure that all details entered matched class 10th and 12th markscard.
• Provide class and 12th academic details, including stream, subjects, and marks.

Step 3: Select CUET UG subjects and exam cities

• Students can choose up to 5 subjects, which fall under language tests, domain subjects, and general tests.
• Select the subjects based on the eligibility criteria of your chosen courses and universities.
• Choose at least 4 preferred exam cities based on availability.

Step 4: Upload documents

• Upload documents such as:
  • Class 10th or 12th marksheets
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Valid proof of ID
  • Signature
  • Caste certificate

Step 5: Pay the application fee

• After entering all the required details, pay the CUET application fee by 26th February 2026.
• The CUET UG application form fees 2026 depend on the category and the number of subjects selected. The application fee can be paid either through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

Step 6: Submit the application form

• Review all the entered details carefully and submit the application form.
• Save and download the confirmation page and payment receipt.

What are the Documents Required for the CUET UG Application 2026?

Before applying for the CUET UG 2026, students are required to be ready with the following documents:

• Valid proof of ID, such as aadhar card, voter ID, passport, or ration card
• Passport-size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Class 10th and 12th marksheets
• Category certificate (if applicable)
