Highlights The MA (Education) program can be completed over two academic years of full-time study, or between two and four consecutive years of part-time study. Classes are generally held on weekday evenings, and occasionally on Saturdays. Elective courses provide you with an opportunity to study in the areas that give you a deeper understanding of topics related to your specialization. Coordinators may give students some guidance and advice for the elective courses that are related to your area of specialization. A wide variety of elective courses will be available for students registered in the MA (Education) program. The elective courses on offer will vary in each academic year. Apex Professional University (APU)
Apex Professional University (APU) is a Statutory University established by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh vide Act 07 of 2013 and recognized by the UGC, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi u/s 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 as State Private University. Apex Professional University is empowered to award degrees specified by University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. APU is a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi and also approved by regulatory bodies like Council of Architecture (CoA), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).
Apex Professional University (APU) is part of the Apex Education Group and manifestation of the divine vision of Revered Acharya Dhanwant Singh to establish Pioneer Gurukul in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) on the lines of ancient Gurukul – Nalanda and Taxila. Apex Professional University is an autonomous body set up by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh through Apex Professional University Act passed by the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Scheme. After the ascent of His Excellency Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Apex Professional University Act 2012 (No. 7 of 2013) notified by Government of Arunachal Pradesh in the official Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh vide notification No. LAW/LEGN-17/2012 dated 10th May, 2013.
Apex Professional University, Arunachal Pradesh is included in the list of approved Universities maintained by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Association of Indian Universities (AIU). APU is empowered to award Degrees as specified University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of HRD, Government of India under section 22 of UGC Act, 1956. Apex Professional University (APU) has never affiliated any institution, nor study center in any part of the country other than its main campus at Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh.
