Amity School of Fashion Technology, Amity University has world class infrastructure & dedicated faculty team comprising of regular & visiting faculty and senior industry professional to offer various professional programmes in the field of global business environment of the fashion & apparel industry in post quota & liberalized textile economy. The objective of these programme is to inculcate in the students the aptitude and skills to work as professionals in various area of design, technology and management of fashion industry.

This Industry is second largest provider of employment in the country and contributes significant percentage of Net foreign exchange earnings to the country. India has rich and traditional textile base which gets further strengthened by availability of skilled manpower to make India competitive in apparel industry. India has always been one of the important players in textile and apparel international market and in the last few years it has become significantly known for its Fashion design creations also in the international market.

Amity School of Fashion Technology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh has been ranked as one of the top Fashion schools of India. ASFT is offering Ph. D (Fashion Design / Technology / Management), PG Programmes (MA – Fashion Retail Management, MBA – Fashion Management, M.A – Fashion & Textile Merchandising , M. Design (Fashion & Textiles) & UG Programmes (B. Des – Fashion Design /Fashion Technology/ Textile Design/ Fashion Communication/ 3C- Fashion Design ). Programme being offered at Amity School of Fashion Technology are designed & updated with inputs from all stakeholders including alumni, students, faculty members, industry members and academicians with expertise in understanding of the requirements of industry and knowledge of international benchmarking in the related education field. Students are having a regular interaction with the industry & designers as a part of course curriculum whereas they are expected to be with industry for a period of 6 to 8 weeks during summer training / project. It provides them an opportunity to see and become a part of industry which enhance their classroom learning & provides practical experience.
