A Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) program offers comprehensive education and training in the hospitality industry, preparing students for careers in hotel administration, event management, food and beverage services, and tourism. Throughout the course, students delve into various aspects of hotel operations, including front office management, housekeeping, food production, and catering. GEMS B School, founded in 2006 in Bangalore, reimagines management education with its signature “Work–Study–Work” model. Instead of traditional classroom-only learning, students spend roughly half their time gaining theoretical knowledge on campus and the other half immersed in practical training within real hotel environments.
