The MBA programme at IIBS is a comprehensive, two-year, full-time programme. In the first year, students are trained in core management subjects such as Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Economics, and Organisational Behaviour. This foundation ensures a well-rounded understanding of how organisations function across different domains.
In the second year, students choose their area of specialisation to develop deeper expertise aligned with their career goals. IIBS offers specialisations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Operations, and other industry-relevant domains. The curriculum is supplemented by over 90 certification programmes, including online modules from Harvard Business School, Bloomberg, and corporate training partners.
