Highlights The PGDM is a two-year full-time programme at the NDIM and applies to graduates of any stream. In year one, students are given a theory-based grounding in management, encompassing finance, marketing, HR, operations, and analytics. During their second year, they specialise in International Business, Finance or Marketing. The pedagogy comprises case studies, projects, and corporate exposure, complemented by classroom lectures.
