Vinod Gupta School of Management was established in 1993 as a unique institution at the Indian Institutes of Technology. VGSoM, currently provides five programs in all, beginning with its flagship program - Master of Business Administration. Its Executive MBA is conducted in the Kolkata campus and caters to working executives mainly from the east of India. The school is home to a thriving Doctoral Program. Financial Engineering Dual Degree is an innovative course where students graduate with a bachelor degree within the School of Engineering and a master degree within Financial Engineering. This course is provided jointly by VGSoM and the departments of Mathematics and Humanities & Social Sciences. PGDBA is the First of its kind program offered by the above three reputed institutes The three premier institutes involved in this full time program are Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata, and IIT Kharagpur.
