Our University-owned and -managed accommodation offers a choice of quieter environment and superb social opportunities for those looking to meet new friends. Our sports centres provide fantastic opportunities for people at every level of fitness. Safety and comfort of our staff and students are the prime concerns for us. The fleet of University buses provides pick and drop facility to our students and offers a comfortable travelling experience to them.

Hostel

Kalinga University has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities with boarding and other recreational facilities. Our endeavour is to provide a safe and secure residential facility for our boys and girls.

Rooms are with attached washroom (except in certain dormitory rooms), bed (without mattress), table, chair and storage unit. Both AC and Non AC rooms (sharing basis) are available (as opted). Wi-Fi for internet connectivity is available for scheduled timing for academic purposes only and subject to conditions.

Students in accommodation facility are permitted to keep certain electrical devices like electrical iron, laptop, mobile charger, hair trimmer and hair dryer. Extra electricity bill due to the usage of these electrical items will be borne by the occupants of that room.

24*7 Wi-Fi enabled campus

Kalinga University's campus has a seamless Wi-Fi network with multiple ISPs which allow the students to connect to the internet anytime, anywhere. The campus is integrated with Learning Management System to facilitate students to discuss academic topics, submit their assignments online, see their class notes, study through specially designed learning resources and also refer to reference and digital library. Since the campus is Wi-Fi enabled, it allows the students to complete their assignment sitting in the cafes, libraries or any other outer spot.

Gymnasium

Physical workouts & exercise is good for health. Our experienced & trained instructors help students to ensure a sound body and mind.

We at the campus have separate fitness centres for the hostel boys and girls. The student's fitness centres are at the University campus which has treadmills, stretching machines, suspension trainers, stationary bikes, abdominal benches, cross trainers and weight training equipments. There are certified Weight & Fitness Trainers as well.
