College of Pharmacy, affiliated by Mumbai University (1947), Andhra University (1951) and Sagar University started degree level education. The Pharmacy curriculum then continues with Industrial orientation by updating from time to time which includes introductions of new courses like biotechnology, computer application in pharmacy, clinical pharmacy and clinical pharmacology in the undergraduate course.
