The self-contained campus of 121-acre includes an affiliated and fully equipped 1,100-bed hospital that is well maintained for the requirements of both learning and living. Further, it also provides community living through faculty residential quarters, non-teaching hosts and staff residences along with a separate male hostel female student nurses' resident and doctor's residential premises.
