Key Responsibilities
Proactively call and invite potential visitors, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders, to participate in Convergence India
Handle inbound calls professionally, address inquiries, and provide accurate event-related information to ensure a positive visitor experience
Engage with existing and prospective clients to build strong professional relationships and identify collaboration opportunities
Maintain accurate and organized records through diligent data entry in spreadsheets and databases
Collect essential client information while nurturing long-term professional relationships
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as assigned and contribute to overall team success
Internship Details:
Role Type: Internship
Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Selected Saturdays closer to the event for critical execution phases)
Job Type: Work from Office (Regular office hours)
Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi
