Roles and Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Management
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs.
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts to ensure consistent brand presence.
• SEO and Website Analytics
  • Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and optimizing website content.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Email Marketing
  • Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement rates.
• Social Media Management
  • Help manage social media accounts by creating posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis.
• Digital Advertising
  • Assist in setting up and managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Market Research and Trends
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies & industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
