Job Description – HR Executive / HR Analyst

NAVAL INCORPORATION is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team and support end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Identify manpower requirements and obtain approvals from the HR Head.
• Prepare clear and accurate job descriptions based on role requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and external recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Liaise with recruitment vendors to ensure timely closure of open positions.

🔹 Employee Onboarding & Training

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Organize and coordinate induction programs.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees as required.

🔹 HR Operations & Employee Engagement

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR data accurately.
• Ensure employees are satisfied with their roles, work environment, and organizational culture.
• Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and regulations.
• Oversee workplace safety, health, and employee well-being initiatives.

🔹 Performance Management & Development

• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews.
• Conduct SWOT analysis of employees and provide counseling for skill and performance improvement.

🔹 Exit & Compliance Management

• Conduct exit interviews and document feedback for management review.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and provide data insights to management when required.
