Roles and Responsibilities.
● Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
● Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
● This is a Target based role.
● Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
● Perform online demos and product presentations to potential clients.
● Record all sales activities in the CRM system.
Key Skills and Requirements.
● Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales/customer-facing role is a plus.
● Self-motivated and willing to earn more incentives.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
