As a Junior Business Analyst, your role focuses on supporting the analysis and improvement of business processes and systems. Here are the key responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements for projects or initiatives.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support Development: Work closely with development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and that solutions meet business needs.
Testing: Assist in developing test plans and test cases, and participate in system testing to ensure that new solutions meet the specified requirements.
