As a Field Marketing Manager, you will spearhead comprehensive marketing initiatives, overseeing everything from sales activation to lead and customer management, and orchestrating field activities on a global scale.
You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, and Communication teams, as well as support business unit managers and other key stakeholders in your region. Your focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, engaging the target audience, generating business opportunities, and fostering both customer retention and acquisition.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the operational marketing strategy for designated strategic regions.
Partner with various marketing teams to craft and execute localized, omnichannel engagement plans.
Oversee the management of internal and external events, including local kick-offs, client meetings, tradeshows, and conferences.
Work directly with Fintech partners to co-host events and enhance collaborative efforts.
Assist sales teams in generating leads, particularly through an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, and contribute to strategic tender responses.
Maintain and update the prospect and customer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including the day-to-day management of email campaigns, webinars, video content, blogs, and other related activities.
Execute and communicate the company's overarching communication strategy effectively.
