Roles and Responsibilities

Tasks - 

• Job description for a Quality Officer in a medical laboratory based on ISO 15189:2012: in coordination with Quality

Manager -

• Support Quality manager in following aspects of ISO implementation
• Regularly monitor and assess laboratory activities to ensure adherence to ISO 15189:2012 standards and conduct internal

audits to identify areas for improvement and verify compliance with the Quality Management System.

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System in line with ISO 15189:2012 requirements

and also ensure that all laboratory processes are well-documented, regularly reviewed, and updated as necessary.

• Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for laboratory personnel to ensure competence and

proficiency in their roles and establish procedures for assessing and maintaining staff competence.

• Manage the document control system, overseeing the creation, review, approval, distribution, and control of all relevant documents within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure that documents are kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel. And investigate and address

Salary: Basic pay range For Fixed Term Contract engagement) : Rs.14,000/-.-Rs. 32,500.
