Job description

Role & responsibilities
•    Coordinate with HOD in planning and executing laboratory tests according to test procedures.
•    Conduct chemical experiments under the guidance of HOD.
•    Document test procedures and results and report the same to Head Chemist for analysis.
•    Assist in developing standard operating procedures for chemical tests.
•    Supervise co-workers in their job duties when needed.
•    Maintain the laboratory clean, safe and organized.
•    Support in developing project plan, scope, schedule, and budget for chemical projects.
•    Setup laboratory equipment, materials and supplies ready before conducting chemical experiments.
•    Coordinate, plan, and perform daily laboratory functions.
•    Analyse root causes for problems and suggest corrective actions.
•    Assist Quality Manager in establishing ISO procedures and good lab practices.
•    Develop or revise the test analytical methods to ensure quality, productivity and consistency.
•    To ensure the equipment maintenance.
