Scope of the role:
Candidate will manage existing relationships and form new ones with Technical Integration Partners (TIPs), Software Developers, Consultancies, and any other 3rd party service providers in the airline/travel industry who will either provide leads to Mystifly or integrate Mystiflys product solutions for their clients. The objective is to generate more clients for Mystifly, through these 3rd party partners, who will use Mystifly’s supply and/or implement our Smart Selling Platform (SSP) PaaS solutions, including automated servicing and payment solutions. The role will also involve preparing commercial agreements with a strategic approach for these partners, which may vary on a case-to-case basis.
Responsibilities:
Key Account management
• Maintain ongoing communication and keep improving relationships with the Strategic Partners.
• Monitor the success of each Partner and support managing their client relationships to maximize profitability of the account by advising on Mystifly’s products and services.
• Educate Partners about Mystifly Product suite and support connecting with our APIs and SSP, and have a basic understanding of the tools available.
• Provide monthly reports on account performance and forecast.
Business Development
• Develop and apply program growth strategies to onboard new Strategic Partners
