Responsibilities:
1. Travel consultant will be responsible for regular interaction with our clients on their requirements on Ticketing or Post Ticketing Service.
2. To connect and build relation with our clients and suppliers in the course of the travel ticketing and services.
3. Promptness and accuracy in provisioning any service to the client is considered as most valued attribute in our consultants.
4. Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs.
5. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
6. Involved with attending calls from the clients and making outbound calls to the vendors to complete the process of ticket issuance.
