Role & responsibilities
Should have exp with IT-services/sales (ERP, CRM, Cloud Services, Mobile Applications, ...)
1. Research and identify new market opportunities
2. Get involved in a complete sales cycle- from lead generation to closing.
3. Effective Prospecting (via cold calling, B2B, emailing, Social media, and networking)
4. Understand Beyond Key offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects
5. Maintain good relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
6. Working with internal teams and clients to get the product in line
7. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
8. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
9. Meet and exceed Revenue targets
10. Exceptionally strong presentation skills in Video/Zoom calls to clients.
11. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying to accomplish new customers.
12. Proven successful sales record in the IT Sales in Indian Industry.
13. Penetrate new accounts, captivate decision-makers, and overcome selling obstacles.
14. Consistent record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
15. Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-
tasking, and self-motivated.
16. Should be able to work independently end-to-end in sales/revenue targets.
17. Strong presentation and closing skills. Power-user of MS Office tools.
18. Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
