Finance Executive

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization s short-term and long-term goals. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Strategic Financial Management: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies, investment plans, and risk management policies. Evaluate capital investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives to maximize shareholder value.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and cash flow to optimize financial resources and achieve financial targets. Identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and revenue enhancement.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections. Implement internal controls and procedures to mitigate financial risks and fraud.
