We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join our branding & design team as a Brand Designer. As an award-winning design studio, we help brands — big and small — improve their online presence through design, strategy, and branding.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is obsessed with good graphics and branding assets, as well as someone who:
1. has 0.5-2 years of experience in graphic design (especially in identity design)
2. has high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop & Illustrator)
3. a good understanding of identity design, grid systems, communication design (Social Media, Ad creatives & Mainline), editorial layouts among other things
4. sound knowledge of typography, color, and gestalt principles
is a problem solver: Finding problems is good. Proposing solutions is even better
5. is opinionated: why does your solution work?
6. is proactive: we care deeply about what we do & when we see opportunities/problems, we act
7. is good at giving and receiving feedback: We leave the ego at the door because the end result is what matters
8. is excited for demanding work that is never rushed: Work-life balance is quite important to us. We have high standards, but we also take the time to get it right
