CUET UG 2026 Correction Window (Open)

The CUET UG 2026 registration is closed. In response to requests received, NTA reopened the CUET UG registration 2026 and application fee from 23rd February to 26th February 2026 (up to 11:50 pm). Candidates should select CUET subjects that align with their Class 12th subjects. CUET 2026 is conducted by NTA for 23 domain subjects, 13 languages, and the General Aptitude Test. The CUET  UG is conducted for admission into BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, B.Tech, BMS, BFIA, and B.Voc programs. The CUET UG 2026 exam date is from May 11th to May 31st 2026, which will be in computer-based format.

The CUET 2026 syllabus has been released on the official website, and candidates can download the PDF for 37 subjects. CUET UG exam is a national-level entrance exam conducted for UG admissions into 48 central, 38 state, 27 Deemed, 114 private, and 7 government institutions.

CUET UG exam is a national-level entrance exam conducted for UG admissions across state, central, and participating universities across India. The exam offers courses, such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, and integrated UG courses. Step 1: Online registration

• Visit the CUET’s official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.
• Register for the CUET UG 2026 by entering your name, date of birth, mobile number number, and email ID.
• Create a password and note down the application number for future reference.

Step 2: Enter and fill personal details

• After logging in, enter the parent's name, gender, nationality, valid ID details, and contact & address details.
• Ensure that all details entered matched class 10th and 12th markscard.
• Provide class and 12th academic details, including stream, subjects, and marks.

Step 4: Select CUET UG subjects and exam cities

• Students can choose up to 5 subjects, which fall under language tests, domain subjects, and general tests.
• Select the subjects based on the eligibility criteria of your chosen courses and universities.
• Choose at least 4 preferred exam cities based on availability.

Step 6: Upload documents

• CUET UG 2026 Registration Documents Required:

Step 7: Pay the application fee

• After entering all the required details, pay the CUET application fee.
• The application fee depends on the category and the number of subjects selected. The application fee is INR 1,000 for General, INR 900 for OBC-NCL and EWS, INR 800 for SC, ST, PwD, and Transgender, and INR 4500 for International Candidates
• The application fee can be paid either through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

• Review all the entered details carefully and submit the application form.
• Save and download the confirmation page and payment receipt.

CUET counselling 2026 is the most important stage of admission for candidates who qualify for the CUET UG entrance exam. It is the post-result admission process conducted by individual universities. To participate in the counselling and seat allocation process, candidates are required to apply to the university admission portals separately. Tentatively, university registration will start in June 2026, choice filling and preferences in July 2026, first seat allotment in July to August 2026, followed by other seat allotment rounds in August 2026.
