GATE results 2026 was announced by IIT Guwahati at gate2026.iitg.ac.in on March 19, 2026. IIT Guwahati activated the GATE 2026 result link at gate2026.iitg.ac.in on the same day, allowing candidates to download their scorecards using their registration ID and password. IIT Guwahati released the GATE results on the official website. The authorities do not send hard copies of the GATE results 2026 to the candidates. Follow the steps below to know your GATE results 2026. 

Step 1: Visit the GATE result official website, gate2026.iitg.ac.in. 

Step 2: Click on the GATE result link available on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your GATE 2026 GOAPS credentials, such as registration ID and password. 

Step 4: The GATE scorecard 2026 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Candidates can download the GATE scorecard pdf for future reference to take M.Tech admission in India.

The GATE score validity 2026 is 3 years. Candidates can use GATE 2026 scores for M.Tech admission until 2028. Candidates with GATE 2024 results can also apply for M.Tech admission 2026 as per the GATE score validity criteria.
