There are a few major updates to the MHT CET exam in 2026, the most significant of which is a structural reform. This year, MHT CET will be conducted in two sessions similar to the JEE pattern. The sessions include:

• Session 1: 11-19 April for PCM and 21-26 April for PCB
• Session 2: 10-11 May for PCB and 14-17 May for PCM

• Click on the register tab and enter your email ID, password, full name, and DOB and register yourself.

• Once registered, you will receive an MHT-CET login ID and password. Save it for future use.
• Further, log in using the credentials you received. Enter personal details, academic qualifications, subject group selection, and domicile and category information.
• Further, click on ‘Process to Digilocker’ to authenticate yourself with Aadhar and AAPAR ID for the MHT CET registration process.

The CET Cell releases the MHT CET answer key 2026 online after the completion of the exam. The answer key helps candidates calculate their expected exam score. The CET Cell first releases the provisional answer key, allowing the candidates to object. If there is any objection to the student's answer, the answer key is updated. Finally, the MHT CET final answer key will be released along with the results.
