• Conduct Certificate – Original
• Application form
• Qualifying Examination Mark List (Degree/+2/VHSE/CBSE, etc.) whichever is applicable – Photocopy
• Provisional Certificate (For PG Admission)
• SSLC Book – 2 Photocopies
• Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Boards/Institutes/governments not listed by Mahatma Gandhi University (not required for CBSE/CISCE/STATE).
• Income Certificate – Photocopy (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate – Photocopy (if applicable)
• Certificate for Bonus Marks (NSS/NCC/Ex-Service) – Photocopy (if applicable)
• SEBC/EBFC/EWS Certificate – Photocopy (if applicable)
