Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) is a Medical Degree Graduation Program in the field of integrative medicine that covers the study of both traditional naturopathy medicine and modern medicine as Integrative Medicine and Therapeutic Yoga. Students who have successfully passed 12th are eligible to pursue admission to this medical graduate course. The curriculum is taught in English with additional language as Sanskrit. The degree is of four years and six months + one year CRRI as 365 days full-time Internship CRRI Duration - including 1 year Clinical Internship.
Naturopathy is a method that employs an array of natural remedies that include therapies like herbalism, massage, acupuncture, exercise, psychotherapy and so on to help the body heal itself. It is an ancient traditional science that integrates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of nature. Naturopathy is enwrapped by the protective wings of healing. It is perceived to be a holistic approach in treating illnesses of all kinds. The principle aim of Naturopathy is to teach people the art of healthy living by changing their daily routine and habits. Yoga is a science that studies the physical, mental and spiritual practices and discipline. Yogic science studies the known and unknown aspects of life that helps liberate from distress. It enhances the flexibility and muscle strength improves respiration energy and vitality. It helps maintain a balanced metabolism proper functioning of the heart and the circulatory system. Yoga helps individual manage stress. It helps stabilize blood pressure of an individual. It is believed to calm the nervous system and balance the body, mind and spirit. The techniques of Yoga will stride a person close to nature and help harmonize with nature.
