1. Ground School (3 Months):
AFE provides a thorough three-month ground school program that covers Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Private Pilot License (PPL), and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) subjects, including both written and oral components. This phase equips you with the essential theoretical knowledge required to pass your CPL exams and start your journey in aviation.
2. Flight Training in Florida (6 Months):
Next, students undergo six months of practical flight training in Florida, where they experience flying across various terrains, including deserts, forests, mountains, and cities. The flight training focuses on essential operating procedures, required skills, and instrument handling. This also includes advanced simulator training to enhance your flying abilities.
3. Multi-Engine Training & Skills Test:
Students will train in both single-engine and multi-engine aircraft, mastering complex aeroplane handling and asymmetric procedures. A skills test on a multi-engine aeroplane is a required step to acquire the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) license, ensuring you're prepared for the challenges of real-world flying.
4. License Conversion & Career Preparation:
After flight training, AFE assists in the CPL conversion process, helping students transition seamlessly into their aviation careers. Additionally, AFE prepares students for airline job interviews and type rating programs, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the industry.
