B.Com. Financial Services
The B.Com. Financial Services programme is designed to provide in-depth knowledge of financial systems along with practical exposure to industry practices. Over six semesters, students study key subjects such as financial markets and services, security analysis and portfolio management, financial technologies, business finance, performance management, international business, and strategic management. The curriculum is structured to give students a clear understanding of how financial institutions operate and how investment decisions are made.
The programme integrates job-oriented training with academic learning. Students have access to Coursera and other global certification courses, as well as industry-recognised certifications such as Tally Prime, Microsoft Office Specialist, and NSE Smart. NISM certification courses are also part of the curriculum, adding professional value. Practical learning is supported through a dedicated Commerce Lab, where students gain hands-on experience. Internship opportunities with organisations like Ekarup, Accumen Capitals, Growsmart, and Aashirvad Financial Services provide real-world exposure. High-performing students can also enrol in the Advanced Learner’s Program for additional specialisation.
