· To motivate and counsel students about Industry practices and improving their soft skills.
· To give Industry feedback to the departments concerned for Improving student’s skill set.
· To Assist faculty in inviting speakers for Guest Lectures and Technical Workshops.
GNIMT has an active Training and Placement (T&P) cell which has been established with an objective of providing employment opportunities to the students in reputed organizations and enhance their employability through their overall personality.
Our Training & Placement Cell is equipped with proper infrastructure including Air-conditioned Seminar Hall for Pre Placement Talks/Presentations.
A Conference Hall for Group Discussions & Final Interviews.
The placement of the students is the top priority of GNIMT. Placement Drives by way of Campus Interviews are conducted from time to time. Opportunities are also provided to the students to join Pool Campus Interviews. Regular interaction with industry through letters, Phone, Email and personal visits is made to develop a long-term relationship between industry and College.
