Documents Required
- Application Form: Downloaded from the Candidate Login on the admission portal. (Mandatory for all).
- Proof of Date of Birth: Original SSLC/10th Certificate. (Mandatory for all).
- Mark List of Higher Secondary (Original): Plus Two mark list. (A printout of the result is temporarily acceptable).
- NCC / NSS / Rajyapuraskar / Nannymon / SPC: Original certificates for those claiming bonus marks. (Only those obtained during Plus Two are valid).
- Ex-Servicemen Certificate: Original certificate as per Prospectus Clause 28.1 (for bonus marks).
- Transfer Certificate (TC): Original.Note: If currently enrolled elsewhere, do not take TC until admission at Maharaja's is confirmed. If you previously registered for exams in another UG/PG course, a Programme Cancellation Certificate is also required.
- Conduct Certificate: Original. Must be issued within the last 6 months.
- Aadhaar: Original card. (Mandatory for all).
- Valid Caste / Community Certificate: Original. Mandatory for SC / ST / EZ / MU / LC / OBH / OBX reservation.
- Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Original. Mandatory for SEBC reservation.
- Valid Income & Assets Certificate: Original. Mandatory for EWS reservation.
- Valid Income Certificate: Original. Mandatory for fee concession claims (not required for SC/ST/OEC if Caste Certificate is provided).
- Sports / Cultural / DA Certificates: Original certificates for those seeking admission under these quotas.
- Eligibility Certificate from MG University: Required only for students who passed from boards other than Kerala HSE, VHSE, THSE, CBSE, or ICSE.
- Programme Cancellation Certificate: Original. Required if you previously registered for any UG/PG exams at a university and discontinued the course.
- Recent Passport Size Photos: 5 copies.
- Photocopies: One full set of photocopies of all the above certificates.
