Thiruthangal Nadar College was established in 1997 as a Men's college and became co-educational institution during the academic year 2002 - 2003, for upliftment of women students and education of students of North Chennai. History The College was established by Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Dharma Fund, associated with University of Madras, is founded in the spirit of philanthropy and a great mission to provide education for all especially for underprivileged people.
