PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the course is to equip the student with the knowledge of Oral and maxillofacial rehabilitation of the patient.
The candidate must learn about the Applied Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.
There must be adequate knowledge about different types of Dental Materials used along with recent trends.
The candidate is supposed to know about Removable Prosthodontics, Fixed Prosthodontics and Oral Implantology
PROGRAMME OUTCOMES
After completion of the course, the candidate must possess the knowledge of the patients requiring Prosthodontics therapy. He must be able to investigate the patient and analyze the investigation results.
The candidate would possess knowledge about age changes and Prosthodontic Therapy for the aged related to removable Prosthodontics and oral Implantology.
The candidate must be able to understand the prevalence and prevention of diseases of craniomandibular system related to fixed prosthetic dentistry.
The candidate must be able to apply the knowledge, procedural and operative skills needed in Masters Degree in Prosthodontics.
