Admission Process at PES University

Documents Required:

• KCET Quota

– CET Admission Order
– 10+2 Marks Card – Original (if the original is not issued by the college, a copy of 10+2 class marks card signed and sealed by the college Principal to be produced)
– 10th Class Marks Card – Original
– Transfer Certificate /College Leaving Certificate
– Migration Certificate (If other than PU Board)
– Copy of Aadhar Card
– Copy of PAN Card of both the Candidate and Parent (Mandatory, for opening bank account)
– Tuition Fee Receipt – Original (Both CET & College)
– SIX COPIES each of color passport size and stamp size photographs
– For Reservation Candidates – Affidavit, Caste, Income Certificate, Rural, Kannada Medium Certificate, Sports, X Defense, NCC Certificate etc…
– Study Certificate

2 sets of self-attested photocopies of the above-mentioned documents

Foreign National Candidates must submit their valid passport copy and valid visa copy (OCI card in case of an OCI). This is mandatory.

• PESU Merit JEE Main / PESU Merit KCET Quota

– PESU Merit JEE Mains / PESU Merit KCET Rank Card
– Copy of PESU JEE Main / PESU KCET Application Form
– 10+2 Class Marks Card – Original (if the original is not issued by the college, a copy of 10+2 class marks card signed and sealed by the college Principal to be produced)
– 10th Class Marks Card – Original
– Transfer Certificate /College Leaving Certificate
– Migration Certificate(If other than PU Board)
– Copy of Aadhar Card
– Copy of PAN Card of both the Candidate and Parent (Mandatory, for opening bank account)
– Tuition Fee Receipt – Original (Very Important)
– SIX COPIES each of color passport size and stamp size photographs
– Cancelled Bank Cheque leaf (Very Important)

– Transfer Certificate /College Leaving Certificate
– Migration Certificate(If other than PU Board)
– SIX COPIES each of color passport size and stamp size photographs
– Copy of Aadhar Card
– Copy of PAN Card of both the Candidate and Parent (Mandatory, for opening bank account)
– Tuition Fee Receipt – Original (Very Important)
– Eligibility Certificate From AIU (If the grade system is 10+2. This is applicable only for NRI/ OCI/ PIO candidates)
– Cancelled Bank Cheque leaf (Very Important)
