Genesis
RCP Universe Group of Institutions was launched and promoted by Rev. (Dr.) Aswini Kumar in 2004 with a view to provide high quality education to the regional aspirants in general and local rural poor in particular.
The Campus is located on the Dehradun Highway which is 9 kms from Roorkee City. It has a covered area of 2,00,000 sq. It comprising huge administrative block and various other colleges.
Boys’ hostel is located adjacent to the campus while the Girls’ hostel within the campus. Mess and canteen facilities being provided at very nominal rates.
About RCP
RCP Universe Group of Institutions under the August Aegis of Noble Christian Education & Religious Trust 20 years Old Minority body conceptualized in year 2004. Since inception, the college has never compromised with the quality of education. Step by step we have emerged as a leader in professional education. We understand the importance of research in imparting education and we are in the process of starting a full fledged research center. The soul aim of the center would be to incorporate our students into the modern research techniques along with working on academic and professional projects. The trust is imparting Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) courses under Roorkee College of Polytechnic. B. Tech , M. Tech Courses under Institute of Technology Roorkee. D. Pharm , B. Pharm and M. Pharm courses under Roorkee College of Pharmacy, B.Sc. Biotechnology, B.Sc. Micro Biology, B.Sc. Environmental Management, B.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry under RCP's (PG) College of Allied Sciences and M.B.A., B.B.A., B.C.A. under Roorkee College of Management & Computer Applications.
It is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, HNB Garhwal Central University, Srinagar, Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Tehri Garhwal and Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee.
Disciplined Environment
The College attaches great importance to discipline and the same must be scrupulously observed by the students. Our campus has a vibrant and strong community feel. We are committed to the safety of our student community. Highest priority is attached to discipline, which plays a vital role in shaping personality & professional outlook. Any act of breaking the discipline is invariably detected and we maintain zero tolerance policy for such acts. All entry and exit points and key locations across the campus are monitored 24x7 by a professional security agency with the help of modern communication aids and CCTV cameras.
For the benefit of our fresher students, we have a strict Anti-ragging Policy in place. The Anti-ragging council comprises of several senior faculty who make sure all policies are enforced in entirety and students do not feel threatened in a new atmosphere.

At RCP, emphasis is given on not only making you academically brilliant, but true leaders and team players, thus preparing you for the real life corporate world. To help students to become an efficient team member and effective leader, we arrange special classes on leadership, teamwork and analytical skills. With a view to impart leadership qualities, students are encouraged to actively organize and participate in various club activities and assist the Institute as responsible members of various academic committees including placement, hostel management, discipline and anti-ragging.
