B.E in Information Science and Engineering
ISE, or Information Science and Engineering (also called Information Technology), is an important and popular engineering branch offered by VTU, Belagavi, since 1997-98. Related to Computer Science, it is the driving force behind cloud computing, social media, data science, e-learning, and e-commerce, which are so much needed in the digital world as well as the economy today.
There's a multitude of choices on a possible career path with an ISE degree like Software Engineer, IT Manager, Web Designer among others crossing many boundaries such as finance, telecommunications, biotechnology, and even e-commerce industries. The course started in 1997 to nurture talented IT professionals to suit corporate needs worldwide.
