B.E. Lateral Entry through DCET at Atria Institute of Technology:

This exam is specifically designed for students who have completed a 3-year diploma in engineering and wish to pursue a B.E. program at engineering colleges in Karnataka, including Atria Institute of Technology.

For B.E. Lateral Entry admissions, candidates can directly enter the second year (3rd semester) of the program. Here's a breakdown of the eligibility criteria:

  1. Qualification: Candidates must have completed a diploma in engineering from a recognized institution.
  2. Minimum Marks: A minimum of 45% marks in the diploma course (40% for SC/ST category students of Karnataka) is required.
  3. Exam: Candidates must appear for and qualify in the DCET exam.
  4. Branch-specific: Students are eligible to apply for lateral entry into the B.E. program of their respective engineering branch (CSE, ISE, ECE, CSD, etc.).
