Companies often host engaging Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) to connect with eligible students who meet their criteria, giving insights into roles and culture.
The selection unfolds through a tailored process, typically including aptitude tests, English assessments, technical interviews, and HR rounds to gauge skills and fit. Recruiters then share the final list of selected candidates right after interviews wrap up, ensuring a smooth transition to exciting careers.
