Applicants are required to have successfully completed their Class 12th or equivalent examination recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or the 2-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/University. They should have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects, securing a minimum of 75% marks (65% for reserved categories).
In addition to fulfilling the academic criteria, candidates must also qualify for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains.
