Documents Required

• 10th Standard (SSC) Marksheet: Required for verifying your date of birth.
• 12th Standard (HSC) Marksheet: A scanned copy of the original; if not yet issued, a certified online copy is acceptable.
• School Leaving Certificate (LC) / Transfer Certificate (TC): Essential for academic record verification.
• Graduation / PG Marksheets: Mandatory for applicants seeking Post-Graduate or PhD admissions.
• Recent Passport-size Photograph: Colored with a white background and both ears visible (JPEG format under 50KB).
• Scanned Signature: Signature in black or blue ink on white paper (JPEG format under 50KB).
• Aadhar Card: Your name and details on the portal must match your Aadhar exactly.
• Migration Certificate: Mandatory for students who completed their previous qualifying exam from a board or university outside of Gujarat.
• Caste/Category Certificate: Required for SC, ST, OBC, or SEBC candidates to claim reservation.
• Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate: Must be current and valid for the 2025-26 academic session (specifically for SEBC/OBC).
• EWS Certificate: For candidates in the Economically Weaker Section category.
• Family Income Certificate: Necessary for scholarship applications or "Free Ship" cards.
• Person with Disability (PH/PwD) Certificate: Issued by a competent medical authority for reservation.
• Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC): Required for students coming from schools located outside the state of Gujarat.
• Gap Certificate: A notarized affidavit if there has been a break in your academic years.
• GCAS Offer Letter: The printed letter downloaded from the portal after seat allotment for college reporting.
