BBA LL.B

The BBA LL.B (Hons.) programme at CUSAT's School of Legal Studies offers students a comprehensive five-year journey (10 semesters) blending business administration subjects like financial management, human resource management, marketing, business ethics, and organizational behavior with core law courses including constitutional law, contract law, criminal law, corporate law, intellectual property rights, and international business law. The curriculum follows Bar Council of India guidelines while incorporating management electives that give students a competitive edge in corporate legal practice.

Through moot courts, internships with law firms and corporations, legal aid clinics, case studies, and business law projects, students develop practical skills in contract drafting, corporate compliance, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy. The programme prepares graduates for dynamic careers as corporate lawyers, legal advisors in multinational companies, compliance officers, tax consultants, in-house counsel, or business law practitioners. Many students also pursue higher studies like LLM in Corporate Law or clear competitive exams for judicial services and public sector legal positions.
