Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College is one of the prestigious law institutions in India, exclusively committed to educating and empowering women through legal studies. Established on 14th July 2002, the college offers two prominent undergraduate programs — the B.B.A., LL.B. (5-year integrated course) and the LL.B. (3-year degree course). Over the last 22 years, the college has witnessed remarkable growth in academic strength and institutional excellence.
It is the only law college in Karnataka exclusively for women, created to instill legal awareness, social responsibility, and the importance of women's rights in young minds. The college is recognized by the Government of Karnataka, approved by the Bar Council of India, and is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi.
Managed by the Board of Management of the Karnataka Central Diocese under the Church of South India, the institution is rooted in a legacy of discipline, values, and holistic education, continuing to shape competent, ethical, and socially conscious women in the field of law.
