Highlights 1) The integrated LL.M., Ph.D. programme at NALSAR aims to train skilled legal researchers and enhance teaching and interdisciplinary research in law and social sciences. 2) Eligible candidates must have a B.A., LL.B., LL.B., or equivalent degree with at least 65% aggregate marks, those with an LL.M. from other institutions can also apply. 3) The programme lasts a minimum of four years, with up to one year extension allowed for completing the doctoral thesis. 4) Admission is based on academic performance (15%), written test (30%), statement of purpose (10%), writing sample (30%), and interview (15%). 5) The written test covers essay questions on Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Law and Society, and related subjects. 6) Applicants must submit at least two letters of recommendation from academic or professional supervisors; applications missing these will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to this integrated LL.M., Ph.D. course, a candidate should have completed the B.A., LL.B. / LL.B. / B.L. Degree or equivalent degree from a recognized University and must have secured at least 65% of marks in the aggregate. Candidates who already hold LL.M. degrees from other institutions are also welcome to apply.
